       The scene from the photo.  But this is a REENACTMENT.  We 
       can tell because the ACTORS PLAYING STAN AND TODD are a 
       little taller, a little handsomer than they are in real 
       life.  And the ACTRESS PLAYING THERESA is way hot.

       The scene is played M.O.S.  The spoken lines are provided 
       by the real Stan and Todd in voice over.

                           STAN (V.O.)
                 So we were all out at Senor Hooligan’s 
                 one night, which is this Mexican dive 
                 pub we always hung out at.

       Theresa and the guys are doing shots of tequila, laughing 
       and carousing.

                           TODD (V.O.)
                 And I was saying to Theresa that...

                           ACTOR PLAYING TODD [TODD (V.O.)]
                 The way the internet is today, you 
                 could put up a web page that said, 
                 “Click on this link and an innocent 
                 man will be killed”.  And if you leave 
                 it up long enough I bet you someone 
                 would probably click on it.

                           STAN (V.O.)
                 And Theresa said...

                           ACTRESS PLAYING THERESA [STAN (V.O.)]
                 Make it a woman and I guarantee you 
                 they’ll click on it.

       Theresa laughs and does another shot.  Stan and Todd 
       exchange glances.

                                                            CUT TO:

       EXT. STAN AND TODD’S APARTMENT - LATER THAT NIGHT

       The three of them stagger up the street to Stan and 
       Todd’s apartment.

                           TODD (V.O.)
                 That night we set up our first web 
                 page.

                                                            CUT TO:

       A WEB PAGE

                           STAN (V.O.)
                 It was very simple.  None of the 
                 streaming video and stuff we have 
                 today.  Just a couple lines of text 
                 and a button you could click.

       The web page reads:

                           THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

                     If anyone clicks on this button

                       an innocent woman will die.

       At the bottom of the page is a clickable button with the 
       words “Girl-Kill” on it.

                                                            CUT TO:

       INT. STAN AND TODD’S APARTMENT - NIGHT

       Theresa, Stan and Todd sitting in front of the computer, 
       admiring their handiwork.  They look at each other and 
       shrug.  Theresa hits “SEND”.

                           STAN (V.O.)
                 We uploaded it to the internet.  
                 Posted the address on a couple news 
                 groups.

                           TODD (V.O.)
                 And on the first day, got, like, 
                 500,000 hits!

       CLOSE ON:

       A web counter that says “You are visitor number 497,981”

       ANGLE ON:

       Theresa, Stan and Todd staring at the computer in stunned 
       amazement.

                           TODD (V.O.)
                 I think we were all thinking the exact 
                 same thing at that moment...

       They all look at each other.

                           ACTRESS PLAYING THERESA [TODD (V.O.)]
                 We’re going to be rich!

                           STAN (V.O.)
                 There was just one thing we had to 
                 do...

       A fist flashes across Theresa’s face.  Then another.  She 
       is jerked out of her chair and smashed to the ground.

       A confusing flurry of movements in the disturbing M.O.S. 
       silence as Stan and Todd brutally murder Theresa.

                           TODD (V.O.)
                 We took a couple pictures of Theresa.

                                                            CUT TO:

       POLAROID PHOTO OF THERESA, DEAD.

                           TODD (V.O.)
                 And posted them on the web.

                                                            CUT TO:

       ANOTHER PHOTO.  

       Theresa’s body from another angle.  The photo is 
       apparently part of a web page.  A cursor appears and 
       “clicks” on the photo.

                                                            CUT TO:

       ANOTHER PHOTO.  

       Theresa’s face, beaten and bloody.

                           STAN (V.O.)
                 I guess it didn’t have to be Theresa.

                                                            CUT TO:

       INT. OFFICES OF GIRL-DOT-KILL - DAY

       Stan and Todd, as before.

                           STAN
                 But since she was a friend of ours...

                           TODD
                 It really helped establish our 
                 credibility in the online community.

       Stan nods.
