Frankie Little Hardin - 40th Street Stage frankielhardin@aol.com Sign us up for "7 Santas". We loved hosting "the 8"; very pleased with the production, and the more I worked on the script, the more I appreciated your perverse genius. We'dÊdo a December run, if approved.Ê Probably open December 7 and close on December 30, with a total of ten shows.
Jocelyn Beard kitowski@computer.net OMG - Count me in!
Jane Stojak -Triangle Janestojak@aol.com I am very interested in staging 7 Santas this Holiday season.
LB Hamilton: LBHamiltonVA@aol.com YAHOO I can't wait to read it and will start looking at getting it a space for next Xmas in "these -here parts" Let's see if we can get you in every state of the Union next holiday season - what a gas that would be! In the meantime I'm turning folks onto Ring Cycle and have two singers - one a true DIVA, very hungry to move forth. Will keep you updated.
Sean Judge - seanjudge1@gmail.com My theater is very interested in doing your new 7 Santas play... I forwarded your e-mail about it to my artistic directors, but they just wanted me to contact you directly since I knew ya, n' stuff. Nova Arts Project
Thatcher Williams - tfac@theaterforachange.com Kim Busbee of AriesWorks entertainment in Des Moines Iowa approached our small theatre troupe "Theater ... for a change" about the idea of jointly producing 7 SANTAS. Her husband, John, and I have worked on several projects together in the past. She just informed me of your play last night.
Chris Flieller Thanks for the info. I just ordered a copy. We have our x-mas show selected for this season, but '08-'09 is still wide open. Maybe The 8 and The 7 in the same evening, or on concurrent evenings, hmm?
Dale Morris - 6th@Penn: - dmorris466@cox.net Thank you so much - we had planned to bring back The Eight - but I'll read santas. NO - but doing 8rm
John Sefel - Ghostlight: ghostlight_theater@yahoo.com We're looking forward to reading the new one! Although our season has been voted on, we did leave the Nov/Dec slot open for a possible (and MUCH called-for) third staging of "The Eight." Maybe this will force an emergency vote instead!
Chris Kawolsky - Downstairs Cabaret, Rochester: chris@downstairscabaret.com Thanks for your E-Mail. I would certainly be interested.
Christopher Butterfield - clb@bckseet.com Bckseet Productions - Nov 30 - Dec 22 I can tell you with 99% certainty that we will be running it in the same time slot next year to follow up our WIDELY successful run of THE EIGHT. Next year we intended on bumping up the number of performances from 7 to at least 12, hopefully 15 or 16.
David McGinnis - Circle Players in Nashville McGinnisD@gogowwv.com I would love to look over Seven Santas to see if we can possibly get this show slotted for our Holiday season.

Help! Have looked everywhere for copies of the above as our theatre company is now reading for it's Christmas Season and we would REALLY love to read both of these to see which one will fit best with our warped and alternative reputation for Christmas Shows here in Bristol at the Alma Tavern Theatre!!! We are a reputable and established company over here and would love to consider launching one of your shows this Christmas!

Haven't talked to ya in about a year or so, but you sent me a manuscript copy of Seven Santas. While one of my actor buddies borrowed it a month ago or so, I am still interested in putting this production on with our group here in Tallahassee, FL. We have been doing The Eight for three years now, and we still get high demand for that show, but we thought we might switch it up this season and do Seven instead.Has the script been updated since the first copy you sent out before last year's holiday season? Would doing Seven without Eight as an opener seem off to some, ro do you have enough confidence that it stands on its own? The reason I ask is that we have also had demand to do SantaLand Diaries again (we didn't do it last season), and we want to do two one-act shows, but I don't think we can do both Eight AND Seven given casting issues. In other words, we would love to venture out of our comfort zone from SLD/Eight, but I certainly want your impressions on how well it went last year.

"Hello my name is Santa..."
After years away from the estranged Mrs. Claus, Santa finds himself in rehab after a "minor" traffic violation. But, you've never seen an AA meeting like this. With all of the holiday stress, it's no wonder Jolly Old St. Nick started partying with the elves!
CANCELLED - Appears to have been dropped from their season.

Stephen Elton here, We talked when I was running Beowulf Alley Theatre in Tucson Arizona. Two months ago I moved to San Diego to accept the Artistic Associate Position At North Coast Rep. in Solana Beach CA. I wanted to reconnect with you and talk about some ideas for North Coast Rep. I'm working closely with David Ellenstein the Artistic Director to put our 2008-2009 season together and I like to find about some of your work. What's happening with Marley's Christmas? Have you had some productions? I saw you have a new one called Seven Santas, Do you have an online version I can take a look at? Things are fairly conservative here, but I'd like to open it up a bit. If you have anything else you like me to see please let me know. I hope all is well,
???

By the way, Cora Fenton (who first gave me the play), says you have a new play, called The Seven Santas - would you be able to send me the first couple of scenes? I am very much enjoying doing The 8 and am already planning next year's show! Cheers Jim Hyde

Hey thanks for checking in. We have become the Panther City Players and are currently renovating a space, but it will not be done in time for the Christmas season. Most of our usual cast is either touring or pregnant, so we are skipping this year. I sent out an email to all of the local companies about THE EIGHT being available. Hopefully some of them will contact you. Also I have talked up the SEVEN SANTAS quiet a bit. It is fantastically funny. Next year we hope to run those two in rep starting in November. Thank you for everything. Seth Johnston

My name is Anthony Ventola. I am the artistic director of the Academy Community Theater in Colorado, as well as the founder of Flowing River Productions.I was planning on producing/directing "The Eight Reindeer Monologues" this fall, but came across you "7 Santas" information. I am very curious about this play and would love to read it. Where can I come across it in print? Is there an electronic copy you can send me?
In all likelihood, our group (Cedar County Theatre, Hartington, NE) will be performing this as a reader's theatre in late november and early december. we performed "the eight" last year in our little town of 1,700 and the "Catholic Daughters" group in town tried to shut us down. love controversy...don't you?
Fridays & Saturdays
we've backburnered it for this year. Would LOVE to read a new version
